Unknown is meant to be a comment on not having a cultural identity. Seeing others grasp this concept easily and to have a strong sense of self so effortlessly is something I always lacked. Not feeling connected to much and having this longing to feel apart of something. I felt as if I am in-between so many different aspects that I don’t truly belong anywhere. I wanted this piece to represent the question I have faced for many years, who am I?”
